        <p>Grilling is a type of cooking method that uses direct heat on the surface of food mainly from outside. Food is grilled on a grill or pen wire, a grill pan, or griddle. Heating process of food is done primarily through thermal radiation. In case of grill pan or griddle, heat transfer by direct conduction. When heat comes from above, it is termed as broiling. Grilling needs extreme temperature, and the temperature should be above 260 °C.

        <p>Most of the restaurants includes indoor grill in main part of the cooking apparatus. However, Outdoor and indoor grill are almost same, but in case of indoor grill, it is suspended over a heat source. Electric or gas dependent heating source is used in it. It is now available for home uses either attached with stovetop or as sandstone electric devices.          </p>
        <p>At present there are two types of indoor grills available in the market. One is the open grill and another is the outdoor grill. These electric apparatus made of heating element and a wire like cooking surface.         <p>Both indoor and outdoor grilling needs attention. Never go away from grilling.  Remember to open most of windows and door of your room because the smoke produce from burning food exhaust carbon monoxide. You know, this chemical is just a poison, even with a small quantity of it you may die. There are many people died because of this poisonous chemical. Sometimes fat drippings may cause fire in your room. So, fire extinguisher should be kept in the room. It is better to place the grill close to window, which will help to reduce smoke quickly.          </p>
        <p>Like outdoor grill, indoor grill is not suitable for grilling that requires draining liquids. For example if you want to grill marinated meats you need to drain first on a cooking track. However, you can cook anything that will fit on your indoor grill. </p>
